The Y38-2 and Y38-2A remanufactured Two Barrel Mercarb Carburetors have one idle mixture screw with the gas inlet next to the electric choke.

It is important to get the carburetor number off your marine carburetor. This will ensure that we will deliver you the correct marine carburetor.

Your marine carburetor will be flow tested, calibrated, idle adjusted, and ready for easy installation.

Linkage Types
The yellow circle in the pictures below shows where the fuel pump overflow tube or a blank plug screws into the carburetor. Your carburetor may or may not have one of these fuel pump overflow tubes. The marine carburetor you receive is threaded and will work with either type. A new overflow tube is included with your marine carburetor.
